After more than two years of searching for the right property and the subsequent renovations, our dream of a new location close to Hafencity and downtown finally came true. At the beginning of June we moved together with the rest of the Bez Group to the historic Brandskontor at Brandshofer Deich 116, directly opposite the newly built Elbe Tower and Hafencity. The Brandskontor is an expressionist brick building built in 1925 under a preservation order, which at that time was designed as an administration building for a shipping company. With great attention to detail, the Art Deco elements in the entrance area, the original floorboards and the staircase have been restored to preserve the charm of the time. Coupled with the modern furnishings of Bez Marine Interiors, the office becomes the flagship of the Bez Group. Two light-flooded open offices and many single rooms for customer talks, meetings and also relaxation are available to us here. The tower room at the south-western end of the building, which overlooks Hafencity and the harbour, is a very special feature.
Due to our proximity to the Elbe bridges, we are also easily accessible for visitors outside of Hamburg and can offer customer parking directly in our yard. We are also easy to reach by public transport, the new S-Bahn station Elbbrücken is only a few minutes’ walk away.
At the same time as we moved, we handed over our warehouse, which is now managed by Dos Krausos Logistic in the port of Hamburg.
