The Cleanmarine online shop is geared towards both private and commercial customers. We would like to give everyone the opportunity to order our selected cleaning and protection materials quickly and easily online.

No. You can also order as a guest in our online shop. We will of course still need your particulars to be able to process the order completely. If you shop with us frequently, we recommend that you create an account with us. This will shorten the checkout process and also give you an overview of all your orders in your account.

If the value of your goods is €300.00 or higher, the dispatch is free of charge within Germany.

The shipping costs are added automatically during the ordering process. They depend on the type of shipping. (Box or pallet)

Depending on the order quantity, within Germany we’ll ship your order with DPD for parcels or Kühne&Nagel for pallets.

Within Germany, the delivery time for all paid products is usually three to five working days. On the product page, you will find current information about the delivery time of each product. If you order products with different delivery times, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time.

Whether express delivery, ship delivery or deadline goods, this is of course also possible thanks to our experience in these areas. The best thing to do is to call us and place your order directly on the phone. This way, you will receive the goods on the desired date.

If ordering from Germany, you can choose between the following payment methods: Prepayment (bank transfer), credit card, PayPal and “purchase on account” (only for existing customers).

You will receive the invoice by email to the email address given when placing the order.

If you have chosen “payment on receipt of invoice” in your order, you transfer the invoice amount after receipt of the goods to the following account:
When making your bank transfer, please be sure to quote the invoice number (found on your invoice).
